Our 2019 Terry Fox School Run was a great success!

We are proud to announce that Arcola Community School has generously donated $1,113.00 for cancer research! The Terry Fox Foundation sends a big thank you to our school community for our generosity and support. 40 years later, Terry’s message of hope lives on and stronger than ever!

Mr. Slobodian's Grade 6 class created a fantastic music video to Forest Blakk's "Put Your Hands Up."

Oh, Ms. Gwilliam, what will we do without you?! Ms. Gwilliam retires at the end of June. She has been our fearless and dedicated Community Coordinator for 11 years, responsible for writing grants, working with families, supporting students, partnering with our School Community Council... and truly everything in between. Even in a large school like ours, every single student (from our Pre-Kinders all the way up to our almost-finished Grade 8s) can tell you all about her!

Families, whether you're new to our school or have been a longtime Arcola Dragon, here are a few quick reminders.
